Changing a Timer Job Schedule

  1. In Central Administration, select Monitoring and then under the Timer Jobs menu click on Review job definitions.
  2. From the Job Definitions screen, scroll down to find the Timer Job you desire to schedule differently. 
  3. Click on the name of the timer job whose schedule you want to change.
  4. From the Edit Timer Job screen, make the appropriate changes in the Recurring Schedule area and click OK.

 

           5. One other option would be to select "Run Now" and then confirm that the job has run in the "Job History"
