Modern Sites have moved the site settings link around a bit from the classic experience.
This is an example of a classic Site Actions menu.
And this is a Modern site's Site Actions menu.
To get to the site settings of a Modern site, we recommend opening the settings icon where it used to be, and navigating to Site Contents.
And from the Site Contents page select Site Settings.
This change to the site actions menu added a new requirement to ExCM. The "Invite Users" and "Manage Accounts" links needed to be created in a new way, so that they would appear on the site's home page again. Luckily that has been done and we have some instructions on how to add this feature to your modern sites.
